The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a shopping area, just off main attractions downtown as well as the centre of downtown. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was updated and had a pleasant view. The staff was willing to help entire time. Central location was a plus. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Ohio Street Beach.

Overall I loved that picture perfect hotel. The location was five star, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from chicago water tower. The room was fashioned and beds were super good. Fairly clean bathroom, wonderful staff, what was important for me. Early check-in too.

I was here for 1 day and would definitely come back. I liked all the hotel offered : very comfy beds and very-very nice staff. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room and got it upon arrival. Smooth check-in, late check-out. There was an average restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.
